Nile style Nile Cruise – 5 Days Luxor to Aswan

Visit the Valley of the Kings: 

Explore this site where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom (c. 1550–1070 BCE) were buried amid dazzling treasures and vibrant inscriptions from the Book of the Dead, the Book of Gates that represents an hour and a challenge the deceased must pass through, the Book of Caverns that Focuses on the underworld and the punishment of enemies of the sun god, Amduat (The Book of What is in the Underworld), and the Litany of Ra.

Note: You can visit up to 3 tombs included on the main entrance ticket; we can accompany you to the best of them with vibrant inscriptions on walls and cells and amazing designs.

The visit to Luxor Valley of the Kings lasts 2 hours, and then we go ahead to Hatshepsut Temple.

Marvel at the Temple of Hatshepsut: 

Senenmut, Hatshepsut's royal architect and advisor, designed the Temple of Hatshepsut, which offers a harmonious design that blends wonderful architecture with nature. It is carved into three terraced levels against a dramatic cliff face, adjacent to the mortuary temple of Mentuhotep II, and connected by long ramps with colonnaded porticoes. It is dedicated to Amun-Ra, the chief god of the New Kingdom. It also pays tribute to deities such as Hathor, Anubis, and Osiris.

The visit to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, and then we go ahead to the Colossi of Memnon.

Colossi of Memnon Stop:

How old are the Colossi of Memnon?! The Colossi of Memnon are about 3,400 years old, dating back to the time of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (circa 1386–1353 BCE), adorning the largest mortuary temple in Thebes Necropolis, dedicated to Amenhotep III and the god Amun-Ra. There are mysteries surrounding those giant statues, with each being about 18 meters (59 feet).

This stop lasts 30 minutes, taking unbelievable photos, and then we return back to the Nile Cruise.

Nile Cruise Sails to Edfu:

Embark on Edfu Temple: 

Welcome to the most well-preserved temple in ancient Egypt, showcasing impressive architecture and intricate reliefs that represent religious practices and pharaonic mythology. There, you feel as if the pharaohs are still alive! Particularly, the vibrant, colorful inscriptions offer significant insights into ancient Egyptian myths, language, and construction mysteries.

Return to the Nile Cruise by horse carriage after a visit lasting around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The Nile Cruise Sails to Kom Ombo: 

Enjoy the restful and seamless sailing to Kom Ombo while having your delicious lunch made by the expert chefs on board this Nile cruise. The ship docks in front of Kom Ombo Temple.

Kom Ombo Temple Visit: 

It is the only double-faced temple in history, dedicated to two gods, Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus (the falcon god), offering a fascinating glimpse into ancient Egyptian beliefs and the duality of deities. The temple's reliefs represent scenes of ancient Egyptian daily life, including agricultural practices, medical procedures (including surgical instruments), and religious rituals.

Visit Aswan High Dam: 

It is not just a dam but the engineering marvel of the 20th century, generating electricity and creating Lake Nasser, a vast reservoir and the largest man-made lake in the world with impressive views; enjoy the panoramic scenes from the top of the dam while the water cuts the desert with lush banks, and witness also the temples in the area.

The visit lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes, and we embark on our second stop, visiting the Philae Temple. Arrive at the Philae port and take a motorboat, sailing peacefully to Philae Temple.

Explore Philae Temple: 

Embark on a journey to the Temple of Philae that emerges dramatically in the middle of the river while sailing the Nile by boat, announcing itself as the jewel of ancient Egypt's temples. The temple complex dedicated itself to Isis, a crucial goddess in Egyptian mythology and religion, and her worship spread all over the middle east.

The visit lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. We sail back to Philae port to take the air-conditioned vehicle to the Unfinished Obelisk.

Explore the Unfinished Obelisk, Aswan, Egypt: 

This site provides a unique glimpse into ancient Egyptian engineering and stone-working techniques, including the largest obelisk ever attempted, revealing the challenges faced during the construction of these pharaonic architectural marvels and highlighting the incredible ingenuity and perseverance of the ancient Egyptians.

Return back to the Nile Cruise, and spend restful time with lunch and dinner meals.
